My Services
Below are ranges for my self-pay rates. I work with several insurance companies through Nourish and The Lactation Network as well. Check out their information at the links below and see if visits are covered. If not, you can contact your insurance provider beforehand to see if they reimburse for my services and what billing codes they need on a superbill.
Nutrition Counseling
$75-$100
Virtual 45-60 minute
Initial visits are 60 minutes via video. A large portion of our first session will be sharing and learning about each other. I will want to get an idea of what you value, your goals, and your background with food. I will ask a lot of questions so that we can form a plan of care that aligns with your lifestyle and objectives.
Follow-up visits are 45 minutes via video.

Lactation Counseling- prenatal
$150
Prenatal visits are 90 minutes via video. Topics covered can include breastfeeding basics, what to expect, normal infant feeding behaviors, latch and positioning, comfort measures, bottle feeding, pump selection and use, returning to work, how to involve partners and support-people, and any specific questions parents have.

Lactation Counseling- postnatal
$200-250
In-person and virtual options are available, although in-person is preferred. There may be an additional travel fee for drives over 35 minutes. We can cover anything feeding related from latching and increasing supply to weaning and bottle feeding.
Phone visits are available for quick check-ins once a plan has been established.
In-person pump visits are available as needed to go over pump use, flange size, and tips.
